TACKY TROUSERS 2 OZ REFILL

A fast drying/tacky base coat that applies easily and creates excellent adhesion for nail polishes, and helps prevent the color from staining the nail bed. Can also be used before stamping/nailart as a tacky layer for images to stick to.

  This is the 2oz refill bottle.  Bottle will come with a yorker twist cap for easy refilling. This bottle will refill our 17mL regular bottle 3.5 times (regular bottle not included).
